For family/large groups with more than 6 people occupying the whole villa, an additional £20 per person per booking will be added to the price. For example, 8 people holidaying in August for a week and using the whole villa will pay £650 per week plus £40 for the extra 2 people, giving a total of £690. For a two week holiday in August the total price would be £1380.

For the Easter weeks the weekly price will be £550 per week for either floor or £600 per week for the whole villa. There will be an additional £20 per person per booking as above for more than 6 people.

For the Christmas and New Year weeks the weekly price will be £500 per week for either floor or £550 for the whole villa. There will be an additional £20 per person per booking as above for more than 6 people.

During the winter months, heating oil for the central heating system is paid for locally. More details at the time of booking.
Low Season

 Low Season: Any week ending in January 2010, February 2010, November 2010 or December 2010 - from £450 per week for the whole villa, £350 per week for either of the self contained floors guaranteeing the other is vacant. Please email for details.
Mid Season Mid Season: Any week ending in March 2010, April 2010, May 2010 or October 2010 - from £550 per week for the whole villa, £450 per week for either of the self contained floors, guaranteeing the other is vacant.
High Season High Season: Any week ending in June 2010, July 2010, August 2010 or September 2010 - from £650 per week for the whole villa, £550 per week for either of the self contained floors, guaranteeing the other is vacant.
