Situated at the top of a hill with panoramic views of the nearby sea and the surrounding hills and valleys, Villa Alexandra covers 140 square metres as self contained accommodation on the ground and upper floors with separate access and stairs to each. However, the villa can be booked either as a whole villa for a large family or group or as two independent units. There is adequate parking for two family sized vehicles and each floor has its own private garden areas and patio.
The Upper Floor has:
- main double bedroom: King-sized white wooden bed, bedside tables and large built-in wardrobes. Balcony with café style table and chairs
- second bedroom sleeps up to 2 adults in 2 white wooden single beds, including bedside tables and large built-in wardrobes
- fully equipped kitchen (includes dishwasher, full oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer)
- furnished lounge area with navy blue leather suite, white coffee table and white wooden glass display cabinet
- TV, DVD player and music system (some DVDs supplied for use by guests during their stay)
- blue double futon sofa to sleep 2
- small folding table
- 17ft covered terrace with white wooden table and chairs to seat 6
- fully enclosed private walled garden on the 2nd storey (for the upper floor only)
- large ceiling fans in each room
- large, fully tiled bathroom, separate shower, bath, toilet and sink
The Upper Floor sleeps up to 6 people comfortably.

- LIDL and very large Champion supermarkets (stock everything!) 6 and 12 kms away from the villa
- nearest mini-market, bar/taverna and restaurants only a few kilometres away
- large barbecue near to the pool
- lockable built-in safes for valuables
- parking bay suitable for up to 2 large family-sized vehicles

Both floors are furnished throughout with luxury furniture in the Cretan colours of deep blue, white and aqua

NB. The final 100 metres up to the villa are fairly steep, but this is more than compensated for by the stunning views from the villa.
